Andie Mollins is a multimedia freelance journalist based in Atlantic Canada.
She studied history and sociology at the University of New Brunswick before pursuing a career in journalism.
After a year of intensive studies, she graduated from the University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia with a Bachelor of Journalism.
Andie sees her passion for storytelling as an opportunity to empower others. She wants to hear what people have to say and share their stories. She covers a broad range of topics, from arts, justice, culture, and politics.
As a multimedia journalist, she assesses what format(s) are best suited to a particular story and produces it accordingly. Whether it’s audio, visual or digital stories, Andie produces work that thrives in its chosen medium.
